About
I’ve spent more than 15 years helping build the finance organization at ISN as the business expanded internationally and became a Blackstone Growth portfolio company.
My work spans corporate financing, transaction diligence, financial planning, accounting leadership, and developing the people and capabilities that support long-term growth.
Earlier in my career I worked directly with the CEO and presented financial plans to the board. Today I continue to support executive-level planning and strategic decisions.

Capital and financingCorporate financing and banking relationships
I’ve led complex corporate financing work and developed institutional banking relationships. I focus on aligning capital decisions with the needs of the business and building productive relationships with financing partners.
Transactions and investorsBlackstone Growth (2020) and Transparency-One (2023)
I was a primary finance lead in sell-side diligence for Blackstone Growth’s publicly announced investment in ISN in 2020.
I’ve also worked on buy-side processes, including finance diligence and integration for ISN’s publicly announced acquisition of Transparency-One in 2023.
Building the finance functionDeveloping teams and leaders
I joined ISN early in its growth and helped build a multidisciplinary finance organization, recruiting and developing leaders as the business expanded.
I’ve led financial planning and forecasting for more than a decade, helping leadership evaluate performance, test assumptions, and make informed decisions.
Systems and better processesFinance modernization and automation
I’ve led enterprise finance modernization initiatives, including accounting platforms, planning capabilities, and improvements to financial reporting. My work has included technology evaluation, implementation leadership, and long-term process improvement.
I also champion practical automation and participate in cross-functional work on responsible AI adoption, with an emphasis on efficiency, sound controls, and good judgment.
